Up North Orthodontics made having braces an easy experience for our family. From our initial appointment I felt incredibly welcomed. It was a hot summer day and I had four younger siblings in tow. Took my son there for a consultation. The staff is amazing and they have affordable payment plans that are actually affordable. The building itself was outstanding.

I brought my 7-year-old daughter in for her first consultation- she’s a thumb-sucker and is very embarrassed about her “habit”- but the entire staff made both of us feel so comfortable and at ease! Would highly recommend Dr. Spencer and his office staff:). Oh and the office is super beautiful, comfortable, and they have an excellent selection of books! Highly recommend

What a wonderful place! My granddaughter came to visit me from downstate and realized she had forgotten her rubber band. We called this office, and they were more than happy to help by providing us with two packages. When we asked how much we owed, they kindly told us there was no charge. Their generosity and kindness were truly appreciated. It’s rare to find such caring people willing to help without expecting anything in return. Thank you again for going above and beyond—we are very grateful!

This review is overdue, but I’m glad I waited, as we now have two kiddos under Dr. Spencer’s orthodontic care at Up North Orthodontics. I was so impressed from the very beginning when our oldest started her journey nearly two years ago. Her initial consult left a lasting impression, the team was incredibly welcoming, the process felt seamless and well-organized, and the entire experience was both professional and genuinely warm. I especially appreciated Dr. Spencer’s conservative approach. Rather than rushing into treatment, he recommended we give her body time to do some of its natural developmental work first. That level of patience and trust in biology meant a lot to me. We began her treatment about a year after that first visit, and now six months in, we couldn’t be happier with her care and progress. More recently, we brought another one of our kiddos in, she has a more complex health history, including some airway challenges, and is quite a bit younger. Navigating her care can feel a bit more layered, but Dr. Spencer has been nothing short of accommodating, insightful, and encouraging every step of the way. It has truly been a breath of fresh air. As a parent who has had to navigate the medical world quite a bit, I carry a bit of that stress with me, but working with Dr. Spencer and his entire team has been such a positive, reassuring experience. We feel grateful to be in their care and would highly recommend Up North Orthodontics to any family.
