Traverse City & Beulah, MI Up North Orthodontics

We use an orthodontist in Grand Rapids, MI but needed help with braces while in Traverse City. Up North Orthodontist got us in within 30 minutes! They were also wonderfully kind and extremely knowledgeable!

Recently had a complimentary consultation regarding questions and concerns about my 8 year olds orthodontic treatment from another provider. Our family feels a bit of relief after the conversation with Dr. Spencer and his team. We got well informed by the step to step process for the necessary procedures that needed to take place for our young daughter. She requires some teeth extraction for some that haven't poked out yet. As a parent, we were a bit worried, since she is very young. Much gratitude to Dr. Spencer and the UpNorth team for their time. Very knowledgable, comfortable setting, and detailed explanations that puts you at ease for what this practice can offer you.

My daughter has been coming to Dr. Spencer for about 5 years and we love him. The entire staff is amazing and kind and patient which I absolutely love. One of the ladies in the office even remembered me from when I had braces probably about 20 years ago. Overall an amazing place and have recommended them several times and will do so over and over again!

Up North Orthodontics has exceeded all my expectations! We were welcomed so warmly the moment we walked in the door and all staff were friendly, making my children feel at ease. It's a beautiful, well run facility that keeps children feeling heard and relaxed. Dr. Crouch was so thorough and responsive, but above all, gentle and kind. HIGHLY recommend.

Dr. Spencer is very friendly, informative, and thoughtful with his approach on orthodontic care. He really does want to help his patients and is sensitive to realistic goals and corrections.

The Up North Orthodontics staff has been so thorough in explaining the treatment options while being kind. There isn't any pressure, but they are there to help with any concerns you have. So glad we switched over to Dr. Crouch and his staff.

I was referred by my DDS for a consult, and was impressed with every aspect of this practice. The office is lovely, the process is highly organized, the staff is well trained and very patient centric and Dr. Spencer was kind, patient and provided excellent explanations for the options he gave. My own background is in healthcare and a for a time, practice administration, and I am not usually too impressed with offices I am referred to. However, Up North Orthodontics is a very impressive practice and I would highly recommend it.
