We just finished 3 years of ortho care with UpNorth Ortho. — feeling very blessed for my son to have been under Dr. Crouch’s care. The staff too—always friendly, organized, and punctual. I don’t think we ever waited for more than 5 minutes to be seen for our appointment. Truly an exceptional office staff and Doctor!!

Up North Orthodontics was great! My niece was visiting from MA and the wire on her braces popped out of the bracket. Up North got her in as a walk-in the day that we called and didn’t charge a fee for the quick fix! They also gave her advice to bring back to her orthodontist in MA. The clinic is modern and clean and has a great child play area. Recommended!

I had the best experience with Up North Orthodontics. I had a dental emergency and called them crying. They were sympathetic, helpful , supportive and very kind. They got me in their busy office right away and assured me that they would help me. 2 days later, I had a retainer that fit over all the swelling in my mouth that made me feel almost normal. Dr. Crouch was very helpful, gentle, and sweet. Kathy, the lab tech, was very gentle with my painful mouth and was very understanding of my situation. The front desk staff was very professional and polite. What a wonderful group of people. I can’t thank them enough for everything they’ve done and are doing for me.

Editing to share that we have had such a fantastic experience with Up North that I'm pursuing (adult) orthodontic work there now, too. Dr. Spencer is amazing (explains stuff well, fun to work with, great results) and the entire team is SO friendly and welcoming. Their technology use is also impressive - it isn't like getting orthodontic work back in the day! Overall, a wonderful experience.

Dr. Spencer and his office staff provide myself and my children the best experience I have ever had at an orthodontist office. His office staff were genuinely kind, helpful and pleasant to speak with. Dr. Spencer did an incredible job explaining his thoughts regarding treatment for two of my girls. By the time I left the office, I had a very clear understanding of what to expect moving forward and a very affordable finance plan. I was very pleased and look forward to working this office.

We’re visiting from out of town, and they were willing to fix a wire in my son’s braces. The staff was super friendly, and the facility was really nice. The first orthodontist we called said they only see their own patients, so I was especially appreciative of Up North’s willingness to see us! What a great business!

Over the Memorial Day weekend my wife and I traveled to Boston to visit our son and daughter in law. We were met there by our daughter and our 7 year old granddaughter. At the end of our fun filled time in Boston we were going to take our granddaughter with us to Traverse City for her 7 week exciting summer vacation with Papa and Grammy. Our daughter was to return to Texas the day we were to leave Boston. That morning our Granddaughter’s expander came loose and we thought we would have to change our plans and she would have to return to Texas with her mother. We decided to call Up North Orthodontics to see if they might see her. Danielle was so pleasant and understanding. She arranged for my wife and I to bring our granddaughter in the very next day. We were thrilled that our plans to bring our granddaughter to Traverse City was not spoiled. We went on to fly back to Traverse City with our granddaughter. The next day at our scheduled appointment we were greeted at the front desk with a warm smile and very professional service. Dr. Spencer and his staff were wonderful. They made our granddaughter feel so very comfortable. They were so nice to her through her entire visit. My wife and I were amazed at how professional the staff was and how nicely we were treated. My wife and I were worried about adjusting the expander. We had never had to do anything like this in the past. The staff took extra time showing us how to use the expander tool and they actually had us practice using the tool. I was also very grateful at the very affordable price they charged us for their service. On our way out we were told that if there were any other issues please feel free to call them for another visit. Just a short time after our visit our granddaughter was back to normal with no more discomfort. My wife and I highly recommend up North Orthodontics to you.
