During my very first appointment to see if braces was a good fit for me, Dr.Spencer was honest the entire time he explained what will happen throughout my braces journey. Each appointment i had up till I got my braces removed the staff was kind and even explained how to wear my bands, how to properly clean my braces and even recommended things to help and went step by step on what they will be doing when I got my braces removed. Overall they are very nice and helpful.

We just finished 3 years of ortho care with UpNorth Ortho. — feeling very blessed for my son to have been under Dr. Crouch’s care. The staff too—always friendly, organized, and punctual. I don’t think we ever waited for more than 5 minutes to be seen for our appointment. Truly an exceptional office staff and Doctor!!

Up North Orthodontics was great! My niece was visiting from MA and the wire on her braces popped out of the bracket. Up North got her in as a walk-in the day that we called and didn’t charge a fee for the quick fix! They also gave her advice to bring back to her orthodontist in MA. The clinic is modern and clean and has a great child play area. Recommended!

I had the best experience with Up North Orthodontics. I had a dental emergency and called them crying. They were sympathetic, helpful , supportive and very kind. They got me in their busy office right away and assured me that they would help me. 2 days later, I had a retainer that fit over all the swelling in my mouth that made me feel almost normal. Dr. Crouch was very helpful, gentle, and sweet. Kathy, the lab tech, was very gentle with my painful mouth and was very understanding of my situation. The front desk staff was very professional and polite. What a wonderful group of people. I can’t thank them enough for everything they’ve done and are doing for me.

Editing to share that we have had such a fantastic experience with Up North that I'm pursuing (adult) orthodontic work there now, too. Dr. Spencer is amazing (explains stuff well, fun to work with, great results) and the entire team is SO friendly and welcoming. Their technology use is also impressive - it isn't like getting orthodontic work back in the day! Overall, a wonderful experience.
